The nomination papers are in! Kingsley Parish Council has an uncontested election this year. We have a total of 11 seats to fill and only 7 candidates. We are 4 short on the council, with 2 vacancies on the Whiston ward and 2 for Kingsley, which will be filled by co-opting. The vacancy will be officially advertised after 7th May 2019.
