Notice is hereby given that there are 4 vacancies for Councillors to serve on the Parish Council 2 vacancies for Whiston Ward and 2 vacancies for Kingsley Ward of the Parish Council.
The Council can appoint any qualified persons, and anyone interested should apply in writing to:

The appointment of Councillors will take place at the Parish Meeting on 11^th June 2019 at Whiston Village Hall at 7.15pm which you will need to attend.

To Qualify: The applicant’s name must appear on the current register of electors or, the applicant should during the whole of the 12 months preceding the relevant date have resided in or within 3 miles of the parish, or the applicant’s only place of work during the whole of the 12 months preceding the relevant date is in the parish of Kingsley. The applicant must not be debarred from standing as a Councillor.
